Delegate access allows you to grant a trusted person permission to manage your 24hour.domains account or website builder without sharing your login details. This keeps your account secure while giving us the access needed to handle your website services.

 Follow these steps to give us access:

1. Log into your 24hour.Domains account.
2. Click on your profile name in the upper-right corner.
3. Select Account Settings > Delegate Access.
4. Under People who can access my account, click Invite to Access.
5. Enter our email address and select the level of access (Products & Domains for website management).
6. Click Invite—we will receive an email and can start assisting you

 Yes! You are always in control. To remove or adjust access, go back to Delegate Access in your account settings, find the user, and revoke or modify their permissions instantly. 

 Most website builders (like Wix, Squarespace, and Shopify) have similar user roles or collaborator settings:

• Go to your website dashboard
• Find the settings or users/permissions section
• Add our email and set the role (such as Admin, Designer, or Developer)
• We’ll receive an invite and can begin working on your website

 Absolutely! Delegate access keeps your account secure because:

• You never share your password
• You can remove access anytime
• We only have access to what you allow

1. Make sure your administrative contact email is current. (It's where we send your transfer authorization code.)
2. Verify that the new registrar will set up your DNS zone files. If you don't do this, your website and email could go down.
3. Start the domain transfer at your new registrar. (We email you to ensure you requested the transfer.)
4. Authorize the transfer with your new registrar. (Use the transfer authorization code we email you when you're done here.)
5. We email you confirmation when your transfer completes, usually not more than 5-7 days.
